Airport Van processes the information needed to provide transfer consultations and booking information.

Information collected and purposes of use

Your pickup and destination locations, travel schedule, passenger count, number of bags, contact details, and any requests you provide are used to receive and respond to inquiries and provide booking information. Access information is processed for a short period in one-way hashed form to prevent fraudulent submissions.

Retention period and deletion

Consultation information is retained for 90 days from the date of submission and then automatically deleted. If transaction information is subject to a separate legal retention requirement, we will provide separate information in accordance with that requirement.

Secure handling

Consultation form information is encrypted in the database, and only authorized staff who have completed administrator authentication can access it. We do not send customer consultation details or contact information to AI services that generate regional guides and images.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or suspension of its processing. Submit a request through the site’s inquiry channel, and we will process it after verifying your identity.
